• App version and device model
• What you tried, and what happened
• Steps that reproduce the problem

Remove personal details from screenshots. Send private files only if needed and after checking what they contain.

Account deletion

Use the in-app Delete account control or MindGlyph’s account deletion page. Deletion removes associated progress and cannot be reversed.
