Using the product

Use the app to keep score for the Marriage card game. Table participants should agree on the scoring rules and rates before starting.

Use the product lawfully, respect other people’s rights, and do not interfere with its operation. Children should use it with a parent or guardian where local law requires it.

Your content and responsibility

You keep ownership of files, names, scores and other content you add. You must have permission to use or share it. Keep backups of anything important. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them.

Important limits

The app is a scorekeeper, not a gambling operator, financial adviser or payment provider. It does not collect stakes or move money. Verify scores and settlements against your agreed rules. Marking or resetting a payment record does not make or reverse a real payment.

Software and intellectual property

The product’s original software, branding and design belong to Sijan Joshi or their licensors. Third-party components retain their own licenses. These terms permit personal use; they do not transfer ownership or grant rights to redistribute protected material.

Ads and external services

Some app builds include advertising or optional online features. Third-party providers and app stores have their own terms. Following an external link takes you to a separately operated service.

Availability and changes

Features may change or become unavailable. No continuous availability is promised. We may restrict misuse of online services. You can stop using the product at any time.

Warranty and liability

The product is provided as available, without a promise that every result will be correct or that operation will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Sijan Joshi is not responsible for indirect loss or loss of data arising from use. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact support first about disputes. Updates will carry a new date on this page; material changes will be announced where appropriate. Contact details appear below.
